Finding Gloln Kilnkor

Jonedorn has informed me that his brother, Gloln has had some success deciphering the message I took off the body of the slain Muckflick runner. I need to go speak with Gloln now. He can be found inside one of the outpost towers overlooking East Fort Irontoe. I can get to the other fort by way of a tunnel which connects the two forts.
