I found a tome entitled, "Origins of Pestilence," in the Great Library of Myrist. It details much of Detroxxulous, the Plagueland's environs, but seems to lack anything of substance regarding the plane's inhabitants. I'll have to learn through experience, then, and try not to be the vessel of some great plague in the process.
