Acquire the reagents needed to empower the Ghoulbane. Find Kassar in the Mistmoore Catacombs.
Acquire one Enchanted Adamantine Ore. They are created through adorning.
Acquire 6 Phosphorescent Pearls. Deep Spawn Consorts in the Loping Plains sometimes carry them. (in Loping Plains)
