I've spoken with one of Veliksi's friends, a member of the Yrzu named Elishuru. While she agrees that the eldritch concentration is interesting, she believes that an even more compelling mystery lies not too far away. She explained that some of the Yrzu have seen strange lights have heard odd sounds coming from near this area. I have offered to investigate the phenomenon, in case it turns out that Norrathians are responsible.

It seems that there are some strange lights out in the area around Kandra Uplands. I have offered to investigate them for Elishuru.
