The clockwork salvagers are near Klak'anon, where Raffik awaits.
Stun a clockwork salvager and take its compass (in Steamfont Mountains)
Raffik is near Klak'anon in the Steamfont Mountains
Bring the compass to Raffik (in Steamfont Mountains)
