• Increases Accuracy of group members (AE) by 5.0%.
• Increases Hate Gain of group members (AE) by 5.0.
• If fighter
• Increases Haste of group members (AE) by 20.0.
• Must not be engaged in pvp combat
• Cannot be modified except by direct means
