• On any combat or spell hit this spell may cast Vindication on target of attack. Lasts for 12.0 seconds. Triggers about 2.2 times per minute.
• Increases Threat to target by 18,020 instantly and every 4 seconds thereafter
• Inflicts 5,328 heat damage on target instantly and every 4 seconds.
• Inflicts an additional 2,664 heat damage on target every tick.
• Increases Hate Gain of caster by 12.0.
• Must not be engaged in pvp combat
• Cannot be modified except by direct means
