• Heals group members (AE) for 1,039 - 1,148 instantly and every 3 seconds.
• Increases Casting Speed of caster by 10.0%.
• Increases Crit Bonus of group members (AE) by 4.0.
• Must not be engaged in pvp combat
• Cannot be modified except by direct means
