• When target falls below 10% power this spell will cast Illusionary Mindstorm on the group. Lasts for 18.6 seconds.

• Increases power of group members (AE) by 1,927 instantly and every 3.7 seconds.

• Increases the bonuses granted by Phantom Troupe by 67.2%.

• Reduces the base reuse time of Phantom Troupe by 126 seconds..
