• Increases STA of group members (AE) by 2,949.3.

• Adds 1.2% to base avoidance.

• Increases Mitigation of group members (AE) vs elemental, noxious and arcane damage by 24,458.

• Reduces the power cost of spells cast by group members by 6.31%.
