Effects:

• Target will lose 80% less power when power is consumed.

• When target falls below 10% power this spell will cast Foretold Prophecy on the group.

• Increases power of group members (AE) by 50.0% of caster's max power.

• This effect cannot be critically applied.

• Grants a total of 5 triggers of the spell.

• Increases the damage of Puppetmaster's puppets.

• Increases the duration of Puppetmaster by 62.1%.

• Makes Channel a raid wide spell, but applies a cooldown to channel that prevents it from being cast by another raid member for 20 seconds.

• Increases Fervor Overcap of group members (AE) by 4.2.

• Increases Crit Bonus Overcap of group members (AE) by 105.9.
