•  Purchase of a Character Transfer Token is not required for characters being transferred to Exchange-enabled (operated by Live-Gamer) servers as such transfers are available at no cost. Please visit http://stationexchange.station.sony.com/livegamer.vm for more information on such transfers.

•  Character transfer service requires that character remains on its existing active Station Account (which must be more than sixty (60) days old).

•  Shared bank items and housing items belonging to other characters will not be transferred with the character and will be deleted. Deleted contents will not be replaced or reimbursed.

•  Transfer cannot be completed for characters who currently have items for sale on or coin available for collection from an in-game broker or who have in-game mail; please remove or collect any such items prior to initiating character transfer.

•  Character names are not guaranteed upon transfer; if character’s name already exists on destination server, a new name will need to be entered in the provided name change field.

•  Character's guild affiliation will be removed.

•  Token and related transfer are not refundable.
