Oracle Vorzalka believes the iksar are attempting to draw power and guidance from the spirits of Cabilis that have been wandering the swamps for centuries. Vorzalka wants the braziers to study their magic techniques, and perhaps learn their intentions. The rituals are held in the hills to the southwest of the Swamp of No Hope.
