Applies Frantic Heals II when Activated. Lasts for 30.0 seconds.
•  "Frantic Heals" increases healing received by group members by a percentage for each tier of the effect. This ability can only be activated within Visions of Vetrovia Raid zones. The reuse on this effect is 2 minutes and the radius of the effect is 20m.
•  The casting time of Frantic Heals II is 0.5 seconds and the reuse time of the spell is 2 minutes
