•  Inflicts 1,505 mental damage on target.
•  Cannot be modified except by direct means
•  This effect can only trigger once every 2.0 - 5.0 seconds.
•  The casting time of Wrath of the Brotherhood is 2.0 seconds and the reuse time of the spell is 10 minutes
