•  Applies Warning on termination. Lasts for 0.5 seconds.
•  Grants Sonic Vision to caster

•  Increases Power Regen of target by 23.4.
•  Increases Health Regen of target by 46.8.
•  Certain enemies cannot be charmed
•  Only affects targets level 65 and below
