•  Applies Warning on termination. Lasts for 0.5 seconds.
•  Grants Sonic Vision to caster
•  Charms target
•  Increases Power Regen of target by 61.8.
•  Increases Health Regen of target by 131.8.
•  Certain enemies cannot be charmed
•  Only affects targets level 128 and below
