When Equipped:
•  Wards caster against 478 points of noxious damage
•  When any noxious damage is received this spell will cast Toxic Backlash on target's attacker. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event.
•  Inflicts 239 poison damage on target.
•  Inflicts 239 disease damage on target.
•  Cannot be modified except by direct means
•  Will trigger off of disease or poison abilities.
