•  On a hostile ability cast this spell has a 35% chance to cast Primal Instincts on target of spell. Lasts for 6.0 seconds. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event.
•  Inflicts 7,935 - 9,699 piercing damage on target.
•  Inflicts 3,968 - 4,849 piercing damage on target every 3 seconds.
•  This effect can only trigger once every 8.0 - 12.0 seconds.
•  If target is a player or a mercenary
