•  On any combat or spell hit this spell will cast Anticoagulation on target of attack. Lasts for 10.0 seconds.
•  If target has Amorphous Tissue
•  Prevents target from regenerating health
•  Cannot be modified except by direct means
•  This effect can only trigger once every 5.0 seconds.
