This deep sea beastie sports a bioluminescence that I can only surmise is something of an attractor for prey, down in the dark, dark depths of Qisalis, The Plane of Water. Once they get close enough, it snaps its terrible, unrelenting claws around any unarmored flesh before taking whatever sustenance it requires from it. Maybe I've thought a little much about it?

• Inflicts 687 - 1,146 poison damage on target instantly and every 1.2 seconds.

• Decreases Combat Mitigation of target by 424.4.

• Cannot be modified except by direct means

• This effect can only trigger once every 1.0 - 6.0 seconds.
